This is an effective 30 day journey, created with psychologists to help you live more consciously, presently and compassionately. Big Talk Card Game - A game of vulnerability, validation, intimacy, and identity. Created with psychologists using Positive Psychology theory. Absolutely zero questions about the weather. Only Human Prompt Cards - A series of 32 prompt cards designed to help you think deeply about your life - both sides of the story. Designed for solo self-reflection, these cards help us explore all of ourselves (both the good and not-so-good sides).
All products are grounded in Positive Psychology and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). More specifically, for the Journal - we reviewed Positive Psychology, Coaching Psychology science, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing and Self-Compassion. For the Prompt Cards - we drew upon Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). For the Big Talk Card Game - we were inspired by the 1997 Research Paper ‘The Experimental Generation of Interpersonal Closeness: A Procedure and Some Preliminary Findings’.
