More specifically, for the Journal - we reviewed Positive Psychology, Coaching Psychology science, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing and Self-Compassion. For the Prompt Cards - we drew upon Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). For the Big Talk Card Game - we were inspired by the 1997 Research Paper ‘The Experimental Generation of Interpersonal Closeness: A Procedure and Some Preliminary Findings’.
