Yes, of course. We offer both Afterpay and Klarna payment options.
Depends where you live. We usually ship packages within 2-4 business days of your order. Delivery times will vary depending on the delivery method selected. Learn more about Shipping & Delivery here. Much like the rest of the world, our shipping carriers are experiencing delays. We are trying our hardest to get our products to you as soon as practically possible. Feel free to contact us here at any time about your order. And while you wait for your Self Care to arrive, take 3 deep breathes, play some music (really loud), and tell someone you love them.
If you can see the option to pre-order, then yes! We’re a small independent business, so sometimes it’s tricky to predict stock levels. Pre-order becomes available when we sell out of a product fast but know more people want their hands on it. We’ll always specify the wait times, too. Pre-ordered times are shipped as soon as they’re available. So keep an eye on your inbox, we’ll tell you when it’s ready.
We want you to be 100% happy with your order. We offer exchanges and returns within 7 days of arriving at your door. Keep your items in their original condition, with the original sales receipt included. Please note that Self Care isn’t responsible for return costs. We are only able to refund the initial delivery charge if your items arrived damaged. Refunds can also only be made to the original card used to make the order and can take up to 10 days to process. To make a return, email us at email@example.com.
Depends! We offer two shipping options for Domestic shipping. Regular Shipping is $10, and Express is $12.

We work with trusted manufacturing partners, both in Australia and overseas. Our partners have strict policies that ensure products are produced ethically and the supply chain operates fairly. All our Wearable Activism is OEKO-TEX certified, and our Tools are ethically produced with trusted manufacturing partners, using paper from responsible sources.
Great question. Currently, we: - Plant a tree for every online order of Wearable Activism, through our partners at One Tree Planted. - Send our orders in 100% recycled and recyclable Mailers, with 100% recycled tissue. - Print our Tools on sustainable paper that is FSC or PEFC certified. - Use carbon neutral shipping partners. - Reduce plastic in our supply chain through the use of biodegradable and reusable materials. - Use only eco-friendly, water-based inks.
Our Tools are ethically manufactured with our trusted manufacturing partners in China. All Tools are printed on papers from responsible sources.
We print on paper from responsible sources. This way we’re able to track the paper chain from the tree all the way to us. This transparency allows us to ensure they’re produced both environmentally and socially sustainably.
Our Tools are made by our team of psychologists, copywriters, and designers. They’re made with the modern world in mind. Our psychologists infuse them with psychological science and literature, while our copywriters and designers make sure they’re something you’re proud to pick up.
Our Tools touch on mature themes so are suitable for people 18 years and older. Sorry, kids!
While our Tools have been made with psychologists, they are not intended to be used as a substitute for treatment. Our Tools are health promotion products, designed to help you navigate the modern world. If you need treatment or mental health support, speak to your GP, a psychologist or visit www.lifeline.org.au (Australia) or www.lifeline.org.nz (New Zealand).
Our Wearable Activism is ethically made overseas and in Australia – our Tees are made in Bangladesh and our Jumpers are made in China. The physical products are produced offshore and finished locally. Our manufacturing partners implement transparency and traceability of the supply chain, both offshore and in Australia. They commit themselves to ensuring no exploitation occurs, both of the people who produce the clothes and the environment they are made in. Our partners have had 100% of their garment factories audited and 100% of their fabrics and yarns are traceable. They use GOTS organic licensed suppliers and participate in a number of initiatives including BCI (Better Cotton Initiative) and Amfori BSCI.
Making clothes ethically is a massive priority of ours. We work with trusted manufacturing partners, both in Australia and overseas, who adhere to strict policies around supply chain and transparency. All our products are OEKO-TEX certified too, which means they pass strict criteria to prove their ethical status. It’s hard work, but it’s worth it.
Yes, our Wearable Activism is genderless. To help you find the perfect fit, we use the binary of gender sizing purely as a guide.
Don’t panic. If you ordered the wrong size, you have 7 days to exchange it from the time it arrives at your door. Simply email us at email@example.com, tell us your order number, and how we can help. Please note, items must be in their original condition and returned with the original sales receipt. Self Care isn’t responsible for returns costs. We are also only able to refund the initial delivery charge if the items were damaged or faulty upon arrival.
