RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to be 100% happy with your order. We offer returns within 7 days of arriving at your door. Keep your items in their original condition, with the original sales receipt included. The value of the product will be refunded via the original payment method. To make a return, email us at hello@selfcareoriginals.com.

If you would like to exchange your Self Care, simply return the original product via the method described above. Once the refunded amount is provided, you may purchase your new, more preferred Self Care at your leisure.

We offer full refunds for any items that are returned. Refunds are made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Simply email us at hello@selfcareoriginals.com.

Please note that Self Care isn’t responsible for return costs. We are only able to refund the initial delivery charge if your items arrived damaged. Refunds can also only be made to the original card used to make the order and can take up to 10 days to process.
