WHO IS SELF CARE ORIGINALS?
When we talk about Self Care Originals, we are talking about Self Care Originals Pty Ltd, a privately owned entity (ACN: 646513331).
WHAT IS PERSONAL INFORMATION?
Personal information is information about someone (such as an address or phone number). That someone may be identified or reasonably identifiable.
WHY WE NEED PERSONAL INFORMATION
Because it helps us carry on our business. By knowing what our community likes and dislikes, where they reside and how they shop, we are able to better create products and content that resonate and serve.
HOW WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION
Don’t worry, we won’t ever sell your Personal Information to someone else. Sometimes, we need to provide it to a third party so they can help us carry on our business, including:
• Contractors and service providers on a confidential basis
• Those who we are required or authorised to do so by law (for example, police)
• Any person who is party to an agreement with Self Care Originals for the sale of all or part of our business
HOW WE PROTECT PERSONAL INFORMATION
Privacy is very important to us. As such, we hold your personal information in electronic form and protect it through electronic and procedural safeguards. It is either stored on our IT systems or the IT systems of our contractors or service providers. Where Personal Information is collected in paper form, we transfer it to electronic form and destroy the paper once this has been done.
When we no longer need your Personal Information, we will securely destroy it, provided there is no legal reason why we need to retain it.
WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION MAY WE HAVE ABOUT YOU
It depends. Usually, we collect personal information from you when you engage with us. This may include:
• Your name, residential and delivery address, telephone numbers, and email
• Your date of birth
• Your gender
• Information about products and services you purchase, order or ask about
• Your credit or debit card details and other bank details
• Information collected if you access our online store and social media sites
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Live locally? We offer two shipping options for Domestic shipping within Australia.
Regular: $10 (2-6 business days)
Express: $14 (1-2 business days)
We usually ship packages within 5-10 business days of your order, but this may vary during busier periods. If you want to check up on your order, email us here.
Belgium? Bogota? Boston? We're chuffed that Self Care is going global. Our International shipping costs and times vary depending on your location.
Rest of the world: $20

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want you to be 100% happy with your order. We offer returns within 7 days of arriving at your door. Keep your items in their original condition, with the original sales receipt included. The value of the product will be refunded via the original payment method. To make a return, email us at email@example.com.
If you would like to exchange your Self Care, simply return the original product via the method described above. You may then purchase your new, more preferred Self Care at your leisure.
We offer full refunds for any items that are returned. Refunds are made to the original payment method used at the time of purhcase. Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that Self Care isn’t responsible for return costs. We are only able to refund the initial delivery charge if your items arrived damaged. Refunds can also only be made to the original card used to make the order and can take up to 10 days to process.
